Central Coast naturopath · In person & online

It's not just bloating. It's your energy, your sleep, your mood.

Gut-focused naturopathy for women on the Central Coast. Sarah Duke spent twenty years as an engineer before she became a naturopath, and she works the same way: find what's actually driving the symptoms, then fix that.

Where to start

Tests came back normal. You still don't feel right.

If three or more of these sound like your week, that's usually the point where a conversation is worth having.

Bloating & digestive discomfort

Changes in digestion or bowel habits

Low energy & fatigue

Stress & feeling overwhelmed

Poor sleep

Hormonal changes

Perimenopause support

General gut health concerns

Sarah takes a holistic approach — looking at your health history, diet, lifestyle and presenting concerns together, then building an individualised plan around what she finds. You don't need to arrive with the answers, or even know which appointment you need.

Why Acacia

Not every naturopath treats everything

One focus, not twelve

Sarah works in gut health and women's hormonal health. She doesn't offer fertility care, and she won't stretch into areas outside her scope. Depth over breadth.

An engineer's reasoning

Twenty years solving complex problems for a living. Every recommendation comes with the reasoning behind it, and gets reviewed against how you actually respond.

A small practice

Sarah consults on Fridays, which keeps her list short and her attention on the people already in it. Free connection calls are the easiest way in.

Gut health

Your gut doesn't stop at digestion

Digestion sits close to so much of how you feel day to day — your energy, your sleep, your mood and your ability to handle stress. Sarah has a particular interest in the gut–brain connection, and looks at digestive health alongside nutrition, lifestyle and your overall wellbeing rather than in isolation.

That might mean unpacking what you eat and when, how your digestion has changed over time, what's happening with stress and sleep, and where nutrition or herbal support could realistically help.

  • Bloating, wind and discomfort after eating
  • Changes in digestion or bowel habits
  • Reflux, sluggish digestion and food reactions
  • Low energy, brain fog and disrupted sleep

Women's health

Support through hormonal change

Hormonal stages bring real, noticeable shifts — in energy, sleep, mood, digestion and general wellbeing. Perimenopause in particular can arrive gradually enough that it's easy to put everything down to being busy or tired.

Sarah works with women through these changes, looking at how nutrition, stress, sleep and digestion interact with what's happening hormonally, and building an individualised plan from there.

Please note: fertility care is not offered at Acacia Naturopathy. Sarah's focus is gut health and women's hormonal health, including perimenopause.

About Sarah

Twenty years an engineer. Now she troubleshoots gut health.

Sarah Duke spent two decades in engineering before retraining in naturopathy, and the way she thinks hasn't changed. She wants the history, the pattern, the timeline. She looks for what changed and when, rather than reaching for the first plausible answer.

That means plenty of questions, careful listening, and recommendations that come with the reasoning attached — so you understand why you're taking something, not just that you were told to. Then it gets reviewed against how you actually respond.

Twenty years in demanding corporate roles also means she knows exactly how fast health slides down the list. Nothing here assumes you have endless time or a perfect routine.
